What is Covered by the Warranty Service
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the product, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions specified below.
What is Not Covered by the Warranty Service
- The warranty service does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents (including fire, water, typhoon, or other natural disasters).
- The warranty service does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or improper maintenance. (For reference, please see Chapter 1, Section 4 — Scope of Liability).
- The warranty service does not cover damage occurred during transportation and logistics.
Validity Period of the Warranty Service
- If the user has a precise installation date after receiving the product, the warranty period for the complete unit shall be 18 months starting from the date of installation.
- If the user does not have a precise installation date upon receiving the product, the warranty period for the complete unit shall be 24 months starting from the date of ex-factory manufacture.
What the Warranty Service Includes
If you submit a request for warranty service or a claim, the Company will determine the appropriate course of action regarding repair, replacement, or compensation after a thorough failure analysis of the equipment.

2. Order Processing & Potential Delays
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Delays: Delivery times may be extended during major promotional events, extreme weather, customs inspections, or other uncontrollable factors. Any significant updates will be communicated via email or live chat.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to designated remote areas may take more than two weeks.

3. Fulfillment via Amazon Warehouses
In specific cases where local warehouse inventory is insufficient, orders for the United States, Canada, and Australia may be fulfilled and dispatched directly from local Amazon warehouses to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. 4. Shipping Costs & Additional Fees
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on eligible orders to addresses within the United States, Australia, and Canada.
- International Shipping Fees: For all other supported destinations, shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and location at checkout (minimum charge of $5). Please review your final total before completing purchase.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: Modiwell is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred on international shipments. All fees charged during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Refused Orders: If you refuse delivery of an order for any reason, you will be responsible for original shipping costs, return delivery costs, and any associated storage fees.
- Additional Service Fees: Customers are responsible for any special delivery services requested (e.g., liftgate delivery, inside delivery). If a courier charges storage fees due to inability to contact you, these costs will be billed to the customer.
