• If you have LE-310: NOT supported. The LE-310 is strictly limited to 12V supply. Its dedicated cigarette plug will be damaged on a 24V system.

A: Temperature affects the flexibility of the bags, so here is our choice guide:

• Above 10°C (50°F): All original Modiwell refills (Blue, Black, and White) work perfectly.
• Between 0°C and 10°C (32°F - 50°F): Black and White bags can get a bit stiff, which might trigger the toilet's auto-safety shutoff due to high resistance.
• Our Tip: If it's chilly, always choose the Blue refill bags. Their material is specially optimized for cold weather and runs much smoother.
