Can the folded product fit into a standard sedan trunk?
Yes. The dimensions of the LE-310 with the legs folded are approximately 17.5" D × 16" W × 10.75" H, making it incredibly compact and portable.
Can the product be transported on its side in the trunk?
Yes. When the unit is turned off and unplugged, as long as the bottom cover plate is securely closed and the legs are folded up, transporting it on its side will not cause any adverse effects.
Will car bumps damage the folding legs or internal mechanisms?
Severe shaking while driving can cause the unfolded legs to collapse accidentally. For driving safety, we strongly recommend keeping them folded up when not in use.
Can I charge it directly using a car's 12V cigarette lighter?
Yes, the standard cigarette lighter plug provided with the LE-310 includes a built-in PCB circuit board designed specifically for 12V vehicle systems—just plug it in to start charging.
Will the battery fail to reach a full charge if the cigarette lighter cuts power after turning off the engine?
Yes. The product will not charge while it is activated or actively being used. It only charges when the toilet is in sleep mode and the cigarette lighter is powered. If the engine is shut off and power cuts out, charging will stop.
Why does the battery display stay at 75% even after charging for a long time?
If the voltage cannot hit the specific threshold required to jump to 100%, the system displays 75% whenever the battery level is anywhere between 50% and 100%. As long as the green power indicator light stays solid, it means the battery has reached a 100% full charge.
Will the sealed bags leak or create odors inside the trunk?
No. Once the waste is thermally sealed, the black refill bags and coagulant offer powerful leak-proof and anti-odor protection, leaving zero odor even inside an enclosed car cabin.
For emergency traffic jam use, do I need to trigger a seal after every single use?
We recommend using the one-click seal after every solid waste use. However, to avoid heavy liquid loads causing the bag to slip downward, we recommend urinating into the standard 2L urine container.
How many refill bags does a family of four need for a long road trip?
One set of refill bags contains two rolls, providing a total of 60 sealing operations. Please plan accordingly based on the number of days of your trip.
Can the product be stored inside a hot car trunk long-term during summer?
The storage environment for the device must be kept between -20°C and 60°C. Please avoid leaving the machine for long periods in a trunk exposed to direct sunlight and extreme heat to protect the battery and bag material from degradation.
Can bags that have been left in the car for several months unused still be functional?
Opened bags should ideally be used within 3 months. Exceeding this period can make them brittle. We recommend doing an empty bag water-fill and stretch test before relying on them.
What if the machine won't turn on during an emergency?
