If any problems arise during the order delivery process, we will notify the customer via email and discuss solutions for the affected order's delivery.

1. Shipping Coverage & Estimated Delivery Time

Modiwell currently ships to select destinations worldwide. Please refer to the table below for supported regions, fulfillment channels, and estimated delivery times.

Important Notice: We currently do not process or ship orders to Europe, Japan, or certain remote areas. Orders placed from unsupported regions may be canceled. For other countries, please contact our support team before ordering.

2. Order Processing & Potential Delays

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery Delays: Delivery times may be extended during major promotional events, extreme weather, customs inspections, or other uncontrollable factors. Significant updates will be communicated via email or live chat.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to designated remote areas may take more than two weeks.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If a local warehouse is temporarily out of stock, orders will be prioritized and shipped after replenishment. For urgent delivery needs, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.

3. Fulfillment via Amazon Warehouses

In specific cases where local warehouse inventory is insufficient, orders for the United States, Canada, and Australia may be fulfilled and dispatched from local Amazon warehouses. Estimated delivery timelines remain the same, and you will be notified via email if there are any adjustments.

4. Shipping Costs & Additional Fees

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on eligible orders to addresses within the United States, Australia, and Canada.
  • International Shipping Fees: For other supported destinations, shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and location at checkout, with a minimum charge of $5. Please review your final total before completing purchase.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Modiwell is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred on international shipments. Fees charged during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refused Orders: If you refuse delivery of an order for any reason, you will be responsible for original shipping costs, return delivery costs, and any associated storage fees.
  • Additional Service Fees: Customers are responsible for special delivery services requested, such as liftgate delivery or inside delivery. If a courier charges storage fees due to inability to contact you, these costs may be billed to the customer.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details typically update and activate within 48 hours of dispatch.
