What is Covered by the Warranty Service

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the product, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions specified below.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty Service

  • The warranty service does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents (including fire, water, typhoon, or other natural disasters).
  • The warranty service does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or improper maintenance. (For reference, please see Chapter 1, Section 4 — Scope of Liability).
  • The warranty service does not cover damage occurred during transportation and logistics.

Validity Period of the Warranty Service

  • If the user has a precise installation date after receiving the product, the warranty period for the complete unit shall be 18 months starting from the date of installation.
  • If the user does not have a precise installation date upon receiving the product, the warranty period for the complete unit shall be 24 months starting from the date of ex-factory manufacture.

What the Warranty Service Includes

If you submit a request for warranty service or a claim, the Company will determine the appropriate course of action regarding repair, replacement, or compensation after a thorough failure analysis of the equipment.
