Modiwell Coagulant

Due to customs requirements in some countries (including the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand), the standard solidified agent will be replaced with an equally effective super absorbent paper. This paper has been rigorously tested and provides identical absorption and water-retention performance.

Note: Base your choice on the actual indoor or in-vehicle temperature, not the outdoor weather.

Under Normal Temperatures: All original Modiwell refill bags (Blue / Black / White) operate perfectly.

In Cooler Environments (approx. 0–10°C): Some materials may stiffen, increasing resistance and potentially triggering the device's safety protection mechanism. In these conditions, Blue bags typically ensure smoother operation.

Example: Even if it is -1°C outdoors, if your vehicle or indoor space is heated to 20°C, all refill bag colors can be used normally.

Shipping Policy

If any problems arise during the order delivery process, we will notify the customer via email and discuss solutions for the problematic order's delivery.

1.Domestic Shipping

For the United States, Australia, and Canada:
(1).Direct shipping from local warehouse (in stock)

  • Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is approximately 3 days, usually within 7 days. Large order volumes may cause delivery delays. Orders to remote areas may take more than two weeks for delivery.
  • Refused orders: If you refuse an order for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and any storage fees associated with your shipment.
  • Shipping scope: Shipping is limited to the United States, Australia, and Canada.

(2).Local warehouse temporarily out of stock
For some products or regions where the local warehouse is temporarily out of stock, orders will be prioritized and shipped as soon as the stock is replenished.
If you have specific or urgent delivery requirements, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.

2.International Shipping

  • Delivery time: Usually takes 1-2 weeks, but customs may cause delays of up to 6 weeks.
  • Customs duties and taxes: Modiwell is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (such as customs duties and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping scope: We currently do not ship to Europe, Japan, or some remote areas.

3.Shipping Costs


We offer free shipping to addresses within the United States , Australia,  Canada. For orders shipped to all other countries, a shipping fee will be charged, usually calculated based on package weight and destination, with a minimum charge of $5. Please check the final cost before checkout.

Additional service fees: You will be responsible for the cost of any additional services you request (e.g., liftgate delivery, inside delivery, etc.).

Storage fees: If the shipping company is unable to contact you or you fail to arrange delivery, they will charge you storage fees. We will do our best to notify you by phone or email to avoid these charges.

4.Shipping Confirmation and Tracking


After shipment, we will provide a tracking number via email.
Tracking information is usually activated within 48 hours.

How To Choose Modiwell Refill Bags?

  • Blue refill garbage bags: Made of soft material, less prone to tangling. They do not have odor-control features. Recommended temperature range: 0°C – 40°C (32°F – 104°F).
  • Black or white refill garbage bags: Contain odor-control agents and are made of a harder material. Recommended temperature range: 10°C – 40°C (50°F – 104°F).
  • Note: The temperature refers to the actual indoor or in-vehicle ambient temperature where the toilet is located, not the outdoor temperature. For example, even if the outdoor temperature is below freezing (e.g., -1°C / 30°F), you can safely use blue, black, or white Modiwell refill bags as long as your RV or indoor space maintains a temperature of approximately 20°C (68°F).
  • If the indoor temperature is likely to drop below 10 degrees Celsius, it is recommended to continue using blue refill bags.

Refill Bag Storage & Usage Guidelines

  • Before Opening (Sealed): Store the unopened, sealed bag in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity to maintain material stability.
  • After Opening: Once the sealed packaging is opened, we recommend using the refill bag within 3 months to prevent changes in material properties that may affect performance.
  • Long-Term Storage: If the unopened refill bag has been stored for more than 1 year, inspect it carefully before use. Check that the packaging is intact and that the material shows no signs of change. Use only if everything appears normal.
  • Important: Do not store the refill bag in high temperatures, direct sunlight, or humid environments. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or the material appears abnormal.
