Are the seat height and dimensions suitable for seniors with knee discomfort?
Yes. The toilet seat features a spacious opening length of 11.41 inches and a width of 7.87 inches, comfortably designed for adults and seniors alike.
Is the product suitable for bedside use at night?
Highly suitable. The device does not rely on plumbing, is 100% odor-free, and stays completely silent on standby. The sealing process produces very little noise, ensuring it won't disturb family members' sleep.
Can seniors operate the toilet independently?
The operation is extremely minimalistic. The entire sealing process requires no manual intervention—simply press the "Start" button once, and the machine automatically feeds the bag, wraps, and heat-seals the waste.
Can it be kept plugged into a household wall outlet continuously?
Yes. You can use the standard charger to plug it into a household 100-240V outlet. Once the battery reaches 100%, it will automatically stop charging to prevent overcharging.
Can the product still be used during a power outage?
Yes. The machine features a built-in lithium battery. During a power outage, a fully charged battery can still support approximately 70-100 consecutive sealing operations.
What happens if a user forgets to press the sealing button?
The device will not execute the seal. If there is no operation within 60 seconds after turning it on, the machine automatically goes into sleep mode to save power. Pressing any button on the control panel will wake it up when needed.
Does the caregiver need to come into direct contact with the waste?
Not at all. Once packaged, the waste is completely sealed inside a dry plastic bag. Caregivers simply discard it the same way they would dispose of adult diapers.
How many times can it be used before sealing?
To prevent the bag from slipping due to the heavy weight of collected urine, we recommend a "one-click, one-seal" approach for solid waste. For large volumes of liquid waste, we recommend using our provided 2L urine container directly.
Can the toilet seat be cleaned with standard household disinfectant wipes?
Yes. For daily cleaning, simply wipe down the exterior casing. However, please note that the device is not waterproof—never wash the control panel with running water or allow water to flow into the internal mechanics.
Will unused bags go bad if stored for a long time?
Once opened, the bags come into direct contact with the air, so we recommend using them within 3 months. If left open for too long, the bags may become brittle. Please perform a water-fill and stretch test before use.
What should I do if the control panel doesn't light up or the machine reports an error?
If there is no power, please check if the main power switch on the back of the LE-310 is turned on. For the R1808, check the 7.5A red fuse at the bottom. An E4 error is usually caused by unevenly pulled bag film; please visit our [Technical Support Center Link].
