Charging Rules

  • Recommended charging time: It is recommended to charge the device when the battery level drops to 25% to ensure a better user experience and avoid low-power interruption.
  • ⚠ Please fully charge the device before long-term storage.
  • Charger requirements: To ensure safety and compatibility, it is strongly recommended to use the original charger. If the charger is lost, please contact the distributor or official after-sales service to purchase a replacement.
  • Charging method: Charge by connecting the device to a standard wall outlet using the original charger.
  • Full charging time: Approximately 2–3 hours.
  • Battery indicator: The display shows real-time battery status in 5 levels: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, and 0% (low battery warning).
  • Automatic control (sleep mode & battery optimization): If the device is left on without operation, it will automatically enter sleep mode to reduce power consumption:
    • After 60 seconds of no operation after powering on → enters sleep mode
    • 5 seconds after completing a sealing cycle → enters sleep mode
    • After waking up, if no operation for 60 seconds → re-enters sleep mode
    • In sleep mode, basic functions are maintained with ultra-low power consumption of about 0.3Wh/day. When fully charged, it can support approximately 7 days of standby time. Press any button to wake the device.
  • Power-saving tip: It is recommended to turn off the power switch when not in use (the switch is located at the back of the device).

How to Reduce Consumable Usage

We recommend using our urine bottle together with the device. Use the urine bottle for number one and use refill bags and coagulant for number two. This can significantly reduce the consumption of refill bags and coagulant.
Please note: when using the urine bottle, make sure it is placed on a stable surface, and empty it in time when it is half full to avoid leakage.

How does the toilet seat indicate when the toilet bag is almost empty? Is there any warning?

When the bag is almost empty, it will display a "Stop" message. The "Stop" message is red for blue and white bags, and white for black bags.

About 75% Battery Display Issue

  • Full charge indicator: When you see the green power indicator light staying on without flashing, it means the internal battery is fully charged (100%).
  • Display issue: If the screen shows 75%, this is a display bug. Due to a program issue, the system only shows 75% for battery levels between 50% and 100%.
  • Actual status: The actual battery is fully charged at 100%. This does not affect usage of time or performance.
